WHO I AM?

Hi, I’m Akshaya, a Product designer with a quiet energy and a curious mind.

I love creating things that blend technology and creativity; from thoughtful interfaces to tiny doodles.

Creative at Heart

- Trained Bharatanatyam dancer for 10+ years

- I draw, read, watch anime & dance when I’m not designing

- Always daydreaming ideas , even while people-watching at cafés

How I Work

- I ask a lot of questions. I listen. I collaborate.

-I enjoy early research and ideation, especially when it’s about real people and their needs.

-What I care about most: clarity, empathy, and impact.

I balance research, clarity, and iteration; but design is rarely linear.

Research reshapes ideas, testing uncovers new problems, and iteration happens throughout the process. I keep looping between listening, making, testing, and refining until the experience makes sense for the people using it.

I start by understanding people - through interviews, usability testing, and behavioural insights.

Ideation

I explore multiple directions, map journeys, and shape concepts that respond to real needs.

Systems & Structure

I design scalable systems that stay consistent across screens, teams, and use cases.

Test & Refine

I validate decisions through testing, feedback, and iteration , clarity over assumptions.
